Wallace, John L., 66, of St. Petersburg, died Tuesday, November 5, 2013, at Moffitt Cancer Center. Born in Bessemer, Alabama, he came here in 1992 from Tampa, FL. He graduated from McAdory High School, Class of 1965 in McCalla, AL. He was an Air Force veteran. He was President & CEO of Wallace Associates, L.L.C. He was preceded in death by his parents, Clara and Carl Edison Wallace; his brother, William L. Wallace; and his sister, Lynda F. Wallace. He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Jackie L. Wallace; his daughter, Britt W. (Gerard) Galipault of St. Petersburg; his daughter, Jackie Leigh (Todd) Andrus of Windermere, FL; his sisters, Joyce W. Pharo, Sarrah W. Rankin, and Carlyn W. McFall; and his grandchildren, Nathaniel J. Galipault, Josephine T. Galipault, James C. Galipault, Parker E. Andrus, and Jack W. Andrus. There will be a gathering of family and friends on Friday, November 8th from 4PM - 6PM, at Anderson-McQueen Funeral Home, 2201-Dr. ML King Street N. In lieu of flowers, the family prefers donations in his memory to Florida Medical Clinic Foundation of Caring, 38135 Market Square, Zephyrhills, FL 33542 or online at www.fmcfoundationofcaring.org.
