Siver, Edward W., ?Ted,? 70, of St. Pete Beach, died Sunday July 2, 2000 at Palms of Pasadena Hospital of a heart attack. He came here in 1951 from his native Binghampton , NY. He was an insurance consultant and owner of E.W. Siver & Associates, Inc. in St. Petersburg from 1970 until the present. He served with the U.S. Coast Guard during the Korean War and was a member of St. Thomas Episcopal Church. He was a member of the St. Petersburg Yacht Club; the American College of the Charter Life Underwriters CLU; and the American Institute for Property and Liability Underwriters Charter Property and Casualty Underwriters CPCU. Survivors include his wife of 41 years, Margaret; one daughter, Lisa Siver, St. Petersburg; one brother, Robert I., St. Petersburg; and three nieces: Susan Costello and Laura Conlon, both of Binghamton, NY; and Elizabeth Ryan, Brooklyn, NY. Anderson-McQueen Funeral Homes & Cremation Tribute Center-Ninth Street Chapel, St. Petersburg.
