Thomas George Hucknall
November 17th, 1925 - May 4th, 2000
Hucknall, Thomas George, 74, of St. Petersburg, died Thursday May 4, 2000 at Bayfront Medical Center. He came here in 1932 from his native Albion, NY. He was President of Upham Insurance Agency until his retirement in 1987. He was a member of Northeast Presbyterian Church and Sunshine Lodge, F&AM and was President of the Gulfport Lions Club. He was selected Man of the Year by the Independent Insurors Association and also served as their President. He was a member and served on the Board of Directors for the Better Business Bureau and the YMCA. Survivors include his wife of 47 years, Rhonda; three daughters: Belva Ann Joslin, Iwa-Kuni, Japan; Clarissa Lynn Hucknall and Leslee Ann Hucknall-Chorney, both of St. Petersburg; one brother, Crawford Hucknall, Edgewater, FL; two sisters: Dortha Stanton, Robbinsville, NC; and Alice Hucknall Bailey, Albion, NY; and four grandchildren. Anderson-McQueen Funeral Homes & Cremation Tribute Center-Ninth Street Chapel, St. Petersburg.
