Flora "Eleanor" Haley, 83, of St. Petersburg, passed away, Thursday, December 18, 2014, Born in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, She graduated from University of Alabama with a Bachelor's degree in education. Eleanor retired from the Pinellas County School District after 25 years of dedicated service. Eleanor is preceded in death by her loving husband of 54 years, Hilton Hendricks Haley; brother, Felix; sisters, Jean and Margarite. She is survived by sons; Steven (Maggie) Haley, David Haley; grandsons, Brett, Harrison, Jared, Christopher; granddaughter, Madison. There will be a private committal service at Florida National Cemetery at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made in Eleanor's name to Pinellas Education Foundation, 12090 Starkey Road, Largo, FL 33773.
