Kelley, Dr. Charles W., 80, a seasonal resident of St. Petersburg for many years, died Friday, Feb 16, 2001 at Northside Hospital and Heart Institute, St. Petersburg. Born in Logan, West Virginia, he came here from Indianapolis, Indiana, where he retired in 1991from his Podiatry practice. He was a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church, State Deputy of Knights of Columbus and a member of the Indiana State Podiatry Association. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Dr. Annetta C. Seulean-Kelley, six sons: Joseph T., Tampa, FL, Dr. Charles W. III, Martinville, IN, John T., Michael T. and James A, all of Indianapolis, and Brian P., St. Petersburg; four daughters: Constance Brenner, Safety Harbor, FL, Anna Mary Sullivan and Kimberly K. Madden, both of Indianapolis, and Suzanne C. Kelley, St. Petersburg; two sisters Jeanne Uhling and Jane Kelley, both of Cincinnati, OH; 23 grandchildren, eight great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Anderson McQueen Funeral Home & Cremation Tribute Center, Bobbitt Chapel, St. Petersburg.
