Lang, Col. Richard Neil U.S.Army Retired, 71, of St. Petersburg, died Wednesday January 9, 2002 at home under the care of Hospice. Born in Alliance, Ohio, he came here in 1971 following his second Tour of Duty in Vietnam. He was a retired U.S. Army Colonel having served in Vietnam and Korea. He was a graduate of West Point, Class of 1952, and was a member of St. Petersburg Yacht Club. Survivors include his wife of 49 years, Sally K. Lang, 2 daughters, Linda Lang-Gunn of Pelham, Massachusetts and Lorrie Prince of Auburndale, Florida, and 6 grandchildren.
