September 10th, 1935 - February 7th, 2002
Dzilvelis, Alexander J., ?Alex?, 66, of Clearwater, died Thursday, February 7th, 2002. He was born in New York, NY and came here in 1994 from Miami, FL where he owned Gulf Stream Service for 11 years and then owned Keys Courier, Inc., which was the leading courier service between Miami and the Keys. He was Greek Orthodox, and was a life member of the American Legion where he was a certified service officer, and he was very active in Post #67 in Miami, Post #40 in Port St. Lucie, and Post #252 in Seminole. He was a Korean Navy veteran, and was very committed to helping other veterans. He was an avid golfer and fisherman. He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Frances M.; 2 sons, John A. of Tarpon Springs and Steven E. of Boulder, CO; and 2 grandchildren.
