Gibb, Hugh Richmond, 83, of St. Petersburg, died Monday June 3, 2002 at St. Petersburg General Hospital. Born in Philadelphia, PA, he came here in 1992 from Newark, DE. He had retired from the Pennsylvania Railroad as a Ticket Master. He was a member of the Railroad Historical Society having served as Historian for many years. He was Protestant. Survivors include two daughters: Victoria Gibb, Baltimore, MD; and Margot Gibb, Wales, UK; two grandchildren: Sammy and Anabelle Cohen, both of Wales, UK; and caregiver, Donna Bosse, St. Petersburg. Anderson-McQueen Funeral Homes & Cremation Tribute Center-Ninth Street Chapel.
