Clark, Roscoe E. ?Rocky?, 84, of St. Petersburg, died Friday, June 21, 2002, at St. Petersburg General Hospital. Born in Muncie, Indiana, he came here in 1953 from Muncie. He was the owner and operator of Clark Neon, a neon sign company in St. Petersburg, since 1954. He played bass for the Suncoast Dixieland Jazz Band and was a member of the Musician?s Union. Survivors include his wife of 65 years, Mary Atwell Clark, a daughter, Judy Moore of St. Petersburg, a brother, Ray Clark of Muncie, Indiana, 2 sisters, Betty Clark and Maxine Runyon, both of Muncie, 2 grandsons and 1 great grandson. Anderson-McQueen Funeral Homes and Cremation Tribute Center-Ninth Street Chapel.
