Boos, Robert, Sr., 65, of Largo, died Tuesday August 13, 2002. Born in Bayside, NY, he came here in 1962 from Long Island, NY. He was a U. S. Army veteran. He was a Salesperson in the Grocery industry and an avid bowler and golfer. He was Lutheran. Survivors include a daughter, Danielle M. Boos, Largo; two sons: Robert, Jr. and Anthony G., both of Largo; a stepson, Craig E. Gehring, Largo; two sisters: Marianne Zieller, Boynton Beach, FL; and Helen K. Boos, St. Petersburg; three brothers: Lawrence and John Boos, both of St. Petersburg; and Paul Boos, Belen, New Mexico; and three grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, those who wish may make contributions in his name to Hope Lutheran Church, 1801-62nd Ave. N., St. Petersburg, FL 33702.
