DeVine, Virginia, 87, of St. Petersburg, died Saturday Sept. 21, 2002 at the Masonic Home of Florida. Born in Titusville, Pennsylvania, she came here in 1995 from Safety Harbor, FL. She was a homemaker and member of the Order of Eastern Star-DeSoto Chapter #201. She was Presbyterian. Survivors include a daughter, Saundra Allwood, Floral City, FL; a brother, James Bell; a sister, Helen Moore; and a granddaughter, Debra Allwood. Anderson-McQueen Funeral Homes & Cremation Tribute Center-Ninth Street Chapel.
