Mulder, Jean Frances, 73, of St. Petersburg, died Wednesday Jan. 22, 2003. Born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, she moved to St. Petersburg in 1945 and attended St. Petersburg High School. As a military wife, she lived with her husband and children at various military bases. She was a homemaker, an apartment owner and volunteer for military youth organizations. She loved traveling, playing cards and scrabble. Survivors include her husband of 53 years, Richard; two daughters: Clara Jo Mulder, St. Petersburg; and Linda Jean Vozne, Tierra Verde, FL; and one granddaughter, Jennifer Lynn Vozne. Anderson-McQueen Funeral Homes & Cremation Tribute Center-Ninth Street Chapel.
