DeCapria, Franklin Dean ?Frank,? 63, of St. Petersburg, died Sunday Jan. 26, 2003 at home. Born in Jersey Shore, Pennsylvania, he moved to Florida in 1987 from Schenectady, NY. He was a printer in the newspaper industry. He was currently employed with Amerisure Companies in St. Petersburg. He was a member of the Church of the Transfiguration and a 4th Degree Knights of Columbus. He had been a volunteer firefighter in Schenectady, NY and a past president of the Stanford Heights Fire Department. Survivors include his wife, Bobbie; two sons: Dean DeCapria, Charlton, NY; and Michael DeCapria, St. Petersburg; three daughters: Gina Carey, Roberta Huskey, and Jaymie Preller, all of St. Petersburg; five brothers: Anthony, Leonard, Louis, James, and Joseph DeCapria, all of Pennsylvania; and twelve grandchildren. Those who wish may make contributions in his name to their favorite charity. Anderson-McQueen Funeral Homes & Cremation Tribute Center-Ninth Street Chapel.
