Heath, George Dewey, Jr. , 77 died Tuesday, March 18, 2003. He was born in Plymouth, MA and moved here in 2002 from Port St. Lucie, Florida. He served in the US Army as a Sgt. of the Guard during WWII receiving Philippine Liberation Ribbon, WWII Victory Medal and Asiatic Pacific Campaign Medal. He was owner and operator of George Heath Plumbing & Heating in Mattapoisette, Massachusettes. He was Protestant. He was member of the Mason Pythagorean Lodge #239. Survivors include; two daughters, Rebecca Bacon of St. Petersburg and Cheryl Marcosa of Mattapoisett, MA, two sons, Stephen Heath of Marion MA and Michael Heath of New Bedford, MA, one brother Robert of Plymouth, MA, 4 Grandchildren, 2 Great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. Anderson-McQueen Funeral Homes & Cremation Tribute Center- 9th Street Chapel.
