Robert A. Good

Good, Robert A. Dr., 81, of St. Petersburg, died Friday June 13, 2003 at home. Born in Crosby, Minnesota, he came here in 1985. He was Physician-In-Chief of All Children's Hospital, Director of the Children's Research Institute at All Children's in St. Petersburg, and Distinguished Research Professor at the University of South Florida in Tampa. He was the recipient of numerous international and national awards for his scientific contributions. Survivors include his wife, Dr. Noorbibi Day-Good; three sons, Robert Michael Good of Brooklyn Park, Minn., Mark Thomas Good of Grand Marais, Minn. and Alan Maclynn Good of Ossining, NY; two daughters, Margaret Eugenia Baird of Minnetonka, Minn. and Mary Elizabeth Good of Smithfield, Maine; two stepsons, Kahlil Day of Orlando, Fla. and Selim Day of San Francisco, Calif., a brother, Roy Good of Fairbault, Minn.; and seventeen grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, June 23, 2003, 4:00 p.m. at All Children?s Hospital Education and Conference Center, 701 ? 4th Street South, St. Petersburg. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to The Eleanor Naylor Dana Charitable Trust-Robert A. Good Fund a charitable fund for research in primary immunodeficiency diseases, 375 Park Avenue, New York, NY 10152.
