Dance, James H. ?Jim? 71, of St. Petersburg, died Saturday July 12, 2003 at Bayfront Hospital. He was born in Jackson, MI. and came here In 1954 from Garden City, MI. He was a Heavy Equipment Operator for Florida Power for 31 years. He was also a Navy Veteran of the Korean Conflict, a member of Praise Cathedral Renewel Center. He Volunteered at All Children?s Hospital, the Gulfport Historical Museum, with various Christian Ministries, and the St. Petersburg Blood Bank where he was a multi gallon donor. Survivors include his wife of 39 years Cloe C. Dance of Gulfport, 2 daughters Carroll Steen Cabot, AR., and Darlene Morgan FL., 2 sons Michael Baggs Gulfport, Brian Baggs, Sr. Hernando, FL. , his mother Georgia Dance Harlingen, TX., a brother Wendell Dance N.C., 7 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren. Anderson-McQueen Funeral Homes & Cremation Tribute Center- Ninth St. Chapel.
