June 4th, 1923 - August 26th, 2003
Bereman, Frances E. ?Fran?, 80, of Largo, died Tuesday August 26, 2003 at Largo Medical Center. Born in Murray, Kentucky, she came here in 1987 from Hilo, Hawaii. She was a member of First United Methodist Church, Largo, National Women?s Club, First Methodist Church in Fort Myers and Hilo, Hawaii and their Women?s Society. She was active in numerous Bridge Clubs, a Girl Scout leader in Hilo for Special Ed Troops for 20 years, and was an American Red Cross Volunteer. She is survived by three sons, Ronald E. Bereman, II of Boynton Beach, Fla., Ernest L. Bereman of Ponca City, Oklahoma and Richard L. Bereman of Huffman, Texas; two daughters, Shelley Bereman-Benevides of Hilo, Hawaii and Pamela L. Norris of Kenneth City, Fla.; a brother, William L. Jones of Milan, Tenn.; two sisters, Virginia R. DeShazo of Fort Myers, Fla. and Evelyn Hendren of Memphis, Tenn.; 19 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
