Gill, Phillip E. ?Phil?, 81, of St. Petersburg, died Monday November 10, 2003 at home. He came here in 1946 from his native Baltimore, Maryland. He was a Navy veteran of WWII serving in the Asiatic-Pacific and the American Areas and was awarded the Victory Medal World War II. He was a Structural Iron Worker for Local 397 for 55 years. He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Ann; a brother, Robert C. Gill II of St. Petersburg; a nephew; two great-nephews; two great-nieces and two great great-nephews.
