Stephens, Ruth Wiedemann, 84, of Seminole, died Wednesday December 24, 2003. Born in Kansas City, MO, she came here in 1961 from Shawnee Mission, KS, where she had been a Brownie Leader and PTA President. She was a retired school teacher with the Pinellas County School System and taught business classes at PTEC. She was President of the Alumni Association for Kansas University Class of 1941. She was a member of St. Luke?s United Methodist Church, the Professional Business Women?s Sorority, and the Bucketeer?s Club. Survivors include her husband of 61 years, Clarence E., Jr.; three daughters: Carol Sabina and Ann Hanson, both of St. Petersburg; and Martha Heidenreich, Pinellas Park; a brother, Robert Wiedemann, Lakewood, CO; three grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and several nieces and nephews. Anderson-McQueen Funeral Homes & Cremation Tribute Center-Ninth Street Chapel.
