Lt. Preston M. Nall, Jr., 91, passed away on March 17, 2015 at Suncoast Hospice in Pinellas Park, Florida. He was born on September 15, 1923 in Owensboro, Kentucky. He graduated from St. Petersburg Senior High School in 1942. He was a fireman and retired from the St. Petersburg Fire Department in 1967. Preston is survived by his wife of 71 years, Hazel Nall of Largo; sons, Les Nall of Pinellas Park, Lanie Nall of Seminole; brothers, Allen Nall of St. Petersburg, Norman Nall of Elyria, Ohio; sisters, Flora Mae Nall Wittmeyer of Brandon, Eufaula Nall Cartagena of Torrance, California; and five grandchildren. Services will be held at Palm Lake Christian Church, 5401 22nd Ave North, St. Petersburg FL on April 25, 2015 at 10:00 A.M. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Preston's name to Palm Lake Christian Church or Suncoast Hospice Foundation, 5771 Roosevelt Blvd. Clearwater, FL 33760.
