Gardner, Elizabeth I. ?Betty,? 84, of St. Petersburg, died Saturday February 7, 2004 at Bayfront Medical Center. Born in Berlin, NY, she came here seasonally since 1978 from Troy, NY. She retired from the State of New York as a Clerk after fifteen years of service in Albany, NY. She was Protestant. Survivors include her husband of 65 years, Raymond H. ?Ray?; a daughter, Joan Roe, Round Lake, NY; three sons: Richard R. ?Dick? Gardner, St. Petersburg, FL; Wayne E. Gardner, Ruskin, FL; and Gary P. Gardner, West Sand Lake, NY; a brother, Claude Maxon, Springhill, FL; a sister, Etola Beers, Defreestville, NY; eleven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Anderson-McQueen Funeral Homes & Cremation Tribute Center-Ninth Street Chapel.
