Eugene E. Stegall

Stegall, Eugene E. ?Bus?, 91, of St. Petersburg, died Sunday February 8, 2004 at Northside Hospital and Heart Institute. He came here in 1984 from his native Richmond, Indiana. He was a Navy Lt. serving during WWII as a Naval Aviator Instructor and was a funeral director and owner of Stegall Berheide Orr Funeral Chapel in Richmond, Indiana for over sixty years. He was a former member of Treasure Island Tennis and Yacht Club and an honorary member of Red Barons Stearman Squadron. He is survived by five sons, John Stegall of Dawsonville, GA, Stuart and Jack Stegall both of St. Petersburg, Anthony Stegall of Tampa and Matt Stegall of Richmond, IN; a daughter, Mimi Wolf of Palo Alto, CA; two sisters, Dorothy Lyle of Culpepper, VA and Clarice Clouser of Anchorage, Alaska; ten grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
