Mendenhall-Gallagher, Charlotte Frances, 69, of Pinellas Park, died Thursday February 26, 2004 at Kindred Hospital. She moved to Pinellas Park from her native West Palm Beach, FL. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. She is survived by her husband, James Anthony Gallagher; three sons, Robert E. Owens, Jr. of Ocoee, FL, Gary W. Owens of Cape Hatteras, NC and M. David Martin III of Glasgow, Scotland; six daughters, C. Marie Howser of St. Petersburg, Audrey Nebergall and Patricia L. Vazquez both of Douglasville, GA, Rebecca R. Vasquez of Ocoee, FL, Michele E. Francfort of St. Cloud, FL and Sharon R. Monaco of Wood Dale, IL; two brothers, Charles L. Johnson of Clermont, FL and James Walter Johnson of Ojai, Calif.; two sisters, Edna Lois Roddy of Mosinee, Wisconsin and Patricia Colburn of St. Petersburg; 21 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
