Garner, Shirley Gene ?Billie,? 76, of St. Petersburg, died Monday March 15, 2004 at home. Born in Newport, Arkansas, she came here in 1998 from Nobleton, FL. She was a homemaker and member of the VFW Post #10137. Survivors include three daughters: Patricia Pettis, St. Petersburg; and Shirley Bynum and Tonya Brooks, both of Nobleton, FL; a sister, Betty Jo Grizzle, St. Petersburg; eight grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren. Anderson-McQueen Funeral Homes & Cremation Tribute Center-Ninth Street Chapel.
