Thomas, Dana Rae, 53, of St. Petersburg, died Thursday June 10, 2004 at Palms of Pasadena Hospital. Born in Hinsdale, IL, she came here in 1987 from Milwaukie, Oregon. She was an Office Manager for Julius Green Enterprises in Seminole, FL. She loved to write and has authored poetry, short stories and cook books. She was the owner of Creations by L in Portland, Oregon and locally, Creations by Brosi?s, sand carvings in glass creations. She was a collector of elephants. Survivors include her son, Tobias T. Thatcher, Jacksonville, FL; one brother, John J. Thomas, St. Petersburg; and two grandchildren. Anderson-McQueen Funeral Homes & Cremation Tribute Center-Bobbitt Chapel.
