McFarland, Cecil A. ?Mac?, 76, of St. Petersburg, died Saturday, June 19, 2004 at home. Born in Queens, New York, he came here in 1999 from Charleston, South Carolina. He was a Navy veteran of WWII and currently a Security Guard with Security Forces, Inc. working at Progress Energy of St. Petersburg. He was a life member of VFW Sunshine City Post #6827 in St. Petersburg, and loved woodworking. He is survived by his wife, Sue; two sons, Michael D. and Patrick H. McFarland both of Allentown, Pennsylvania; three daughters, Pamela Phillips of Dover, Delaware, Robyn Lindberg of Ferndale, Michigan and Randi Snyder of Hartland, Michigan; brother, Albert McFarland of Santa Ana, California; eleven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
