Webber, Howard D. ?Howie?, 80, of Miami; formerly of St. Petersburg, died Thursday, June 24, 2004 in Miami. He moved to St. Petersburg in 1935 from his native Buffalo, New York and then moved to Miami in 1998. He was a Army veteran of WWII and a Clerk with the Post Office in St. Petersburg for 31 years. He attended Suncoast Cathedral where he was an Elder for 3 years and President of the Silver Saints for 7 years. He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Mildred A.; two sons, Rev. Richard Webber of North Carolina and William K. Reavis, Jr. of Marathon, Fla., 5 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
