West, Dr. Jack Palmer, 83, of St. Petersburg, died Sunday November 14, 2004 at home. A native of Zanesville, Ohio, he came here in 1949. He was a Doctor of Chiropractic and owned West Chiropractic Clinic in St. Petersburg until his retirement in the early 1990?s. He attended First Presbyterian Church and enjoyed traveling and playing golf. Survivors include his wife, Phyllis T. West; 4 children, Jack Dale West of Eureka, Montana, Susan Carol Dillow of Moraga, California, Charla Lynn Floyd of West Palm Beach, and William Ellis West of St. Petersburg; 1 brother, Ronald West of Sweet Home, Oregon; 10 grandchildren, Matthew West of St. Petersburg, David West of Gainesville, Brian West of St. Petersburg, Julie Overall of Austin, Texas, Charlotte Yeomans of St. Petersburg, Michael Floyd of West Palm Beach, Kimberly Swait of Gainesville, Bonni Dillow of San Diego, California, Melissa Dillow of San Diego, California, and Heather Dillow of Moraga, California; and 5 great grandchildren.
