McDonald, John W. ?Jack?, 70 of Pinellas Park, died Saturday December 18, 2004 after a long illness. Born in Tuckahoe, New York he moved to St. Petersburg in 1938. He was a graduate of St. Paul?s Catholic School, Class of ?52. Employed by A.P. Hennessy & Son, Inc. later known as Dara ? Hennessy Construction Company he retired as president after 38 years. He then went to work with Coastal Caisson Corporation, and R. W. Harris, Inc. retiring in December 2002 as Safety Director. He spent 8 years in the U. S. Naval Reserve. He was a charter member of O.T.H.E.R.S. of Morningstar School, former member of the St. Petersburg Yacht Club, member of the ?Over the Hill Gang?, Past President of the Florida Gulf Coast Chapter Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc., and a long time member of Holy Family Catholic Church, St. Petersburg, and St. Jerome Catholic Church, Indian Rocks Beach. Survivors include his wife of 51 years, Nancy, Pinellas Park; three daughters: Cynthia Henderson, Pinellas Park, FL; Linda Bradham, Morriston, FL; Dianne Graber, Ft. Benning, GA; one son: David McDonald, Winter Springs, FL; his mother: Dorothy McDonald, St. Petersburg, FL; a brother: William ?Bo? McDonald, St. Petersburg, FL; eight grandchildren: Corinne Hillier, Jacob Bradham, Amanda Hatley, Nicole Slemp, Sean Graber, Jonathan ?Keith? Boerker, Jordan McDonald, and Kendall McDonald; and three great-grandchildren: Allison Hillier, Jarhett Bradham, and Joshua ?Connor? Slemp. Anderson-McQueen Funeral & Cremation Centers-N.E.
