Baker, Russell E., 82, of Pinellas Park, died Monday, January 3, 2005 at home. He came here in 1970 from his native Racine, Wisconsin. He was an Army veteran serving during WWII. He was an Appliance Technician and a member of American Legion Post #104, Pinellas Park. He is survived by three daughters, Diann M. Baker of Pinellas Park, Wendy Dennis of Lady Lake, Florida and Laurie Newkirk of Largo; a son, Shawn Baker of St. Petersburg; two sisters, Joyce Velzka of Prescott, AZ and Gladys Tolar of Racine, WI; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
