Sweaney, William E. ?Bill?, 96, of St. Petersburg, died Sunday January 9, 2005. He was born in Canton, OH and moved here in 1968. He was a co-owner of Frannett?s Floral Shop in St. Petersburg for 33years. He was a WWII Army veteran. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Franca; a daughter and son-in-law, Linda D. and John Karg, of Canton, OH; a son, Steve A. Sweaney, of St. Petersburg; a brother: Robert Sweaney, of St. Petersburg; one granddaughter, Lorraine K. Morrow, of Canton, OH; Douglas, a very special little friend; and Johnny D. Anderson-McQueen Funeral & Cremation Centers-N.E. St. Petersburg Chapel.
