Swayze, Edward N. ?Ed,? Jr., 47, of Clearwater, FL, died Saturday April 16, 2005 at home under Hospice care. He was born in Dover, N.J. and moved to Clearwater in 1998 from Lake Hopatcong, N.J. He was owner and operator of E & S Carpet in Clearwater for 20 years and a Methodist. Survivors include his wife, Louise Salemme; a daughter Laura Fletcher, Tampa. FL; a son, Leonard Salemme, Lake Hiawatha, N.J.; his mother, Deanna Lineburg, Dunedin, FL.; four sisters: Shirley Nielsen, Landing, N.J.; Barbara Mittelstadt, Hoptacong, N.J.; Sandy Stannard, Whippany, N.J.; and Jolyn Irwin, Succasunna, N.J.; two brothers: Bill Swayze, Ft. Myers, FL.; and John Swayze, Lake Hopatcong, NJ; and two grandchildren Anderson-McQueen Funeral and Cremation- Tyrone Chapel.
