Fraser, William Harold ?Bill,? 85, of Seminole, died Friday April 29, 2005 at Dept. of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Bay Pines. Born in Flowery Branch, GA, he came here in 1968 from Alexandria, VA. He was a CWO4 in the Coast Guard and retired after 28 years of service. He had served aboard thirteen ships and taught at the Coast Guard Academy in New London, CT. He was a member of the Warrant Officer?s Association, the Savage Reunion Group, and Lakewood United Methodist Church. Survivors include his wife of 53 years, Jean; two sons: David Fraser, Clearwater; and Robert William Fraser, Gautier, Miss.; a daughter, Lori Underwood, St. Petersburg; two sisters: Floyce Lee, Buford, GA; and Wynelle Campbell, Flowery Branch, GA; eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
