Kenneth H. Blanchard, 91, of St. Petersburg, Florida, was born in Ticonderoga, NY. After his retirement, he moved to Florida about 20 years ago. He was well known as a ?jack of all trades? master of most, which certainly well suits him. He ran an automotive business, never inflated prices nor sued anyone for delinquent payment. He did everything he could in his lifetime to make life a little bit better for his family and friends. He was a member of Forbes Rifle & Pistol Club, Watervliet Fish and Game Club, Albany, New York, winning many medals and ribbons, Albany Yacht Club and the Elks Club in Brooksville. He did it all and did it well; he was a true sportsman enjoying hunting, fishing, bowling, golfing made two holes in one at the Brookridge Country Club golf course in Brooksville, snowmobiling, camping, and boating. He outlived two wonderful wives, Queenie E. Swinyer, mother of his only child, Brenda Angell, and his 2nd wife, Muriel D. Swinyer, sister-in-law of his first wife. He is survived by his daughter, Brenda Angell; son-in-law, Albert Angell III, two grandsons, MSgt. Philip Justin Rechnitzer, Jr. and wife, Stacey, Kenneth William Rechnitzer, four great-grandchildren; Erin, Julia, Brendan, and Abigail Rechnitzer; Jan Rechnitzer, nieces, Janice Oliver, Esther Massett, Lois Danzig, and Karen Taylor, and nephews; Bruce Bevins, Ernest Bevins, Thor Bevins, Roger Bevins, Steve Bevins, Jr. and Frank Swinyer, Jr. He will be interred in Memory?s Garden, Albany, New York.
