Sunter, James Nelson, 63, of St. Petersburg died Thursday August 4, 2005 at home under the care of hospice. He moved to St. Petersburg in 1975 from his native New Haven, CT. He worked in production for Jabil Circuit in St. Petersburg. He was an avid fisherman and excellent home remodeler. He was a 36 year member of Alcoholics Anonymous. Survivors include his wife of 22 years: Betty J.; three 3 children: Carol Morris ? St. Petersburg, Steven Sunter ? Salt Lake City, UT, and Joyce Spalek ? St. Petersburg; three 3 step-children: Roxanne Abbott ? Hampstead, NH, Kevin Gagnon ? Richland, NY, and Julie Toerpe ? St. Petersburg; a sister: Millie Routalo ? Palmdale, CA; two 2 brothers: Ray Sunter ? Dunedin, FL and Arthur Sunter ? Pinellas Park, FL; and nine 9 grandchildren. Anderson-McQueen Funeral & Cremation Centers ? N.E. St. Petersburg.
