William "Bill" Michael Heilman, 52 of Saint Petersburg, passed away on Tuesday, May 12, 2015, with his loving wife by his side. Bill was born in Middle Village, NY, on February 26, 1963 to Rita Heilman (Becker) and the late William Peter Heilman. He married Annette Prima on September 30, 1989 in Glendale, NY. Bill was an avid gardener, fisherman, was a New York Mets and Rangers fan. He was a lover of all animals, especially his 9 birds that he loved dearly. Bill was past president of the Sheepshead Bay Sportsmen's Club in Brooklyn New York and a member of The Knights of Columbus in Glendale, NY. For their 25 year wedding anniversary, Bill and Annette traveled to Italy and were able to visit Milan, Venice, Florence, and Rome and were able to tour the Vatican. Bill is preceded in death by his father, William P. Heilman Bill is survived by his wife of 25 years, Annette; his 9 birds; mother, Rita Heilman; sister, Linda Frazier and her husband Ron; niece, Melissa Frazier and her husband Jeremiah Harris; great nephew, Kye; great nieces, Rachael and Madelyn; uncle, William Becker and his wife Mary; cousins, William Becker, Maureen Becker Diallo and her husband Djibril. Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 16, 2015 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Anderson McQueen-Tyrone, 7820 38th Ave North, St. Petersburg FL. A prayer service will begin at 11:00 A.M.
