Blades, Richard Thomas, 60, of St. Petersburg, died Monday, February 6, 2006 at home. He came here in 1961 from his native Watford, England. He was a retired Air Force Sergeant having served in Vietnam. He was a member of the Church of England. He is survived by two sisters, Anne Smith of Wallington, England and Elizabeth Etchells of Pawtucket, Rhode Island and several nieces and nephews.
