Mrs. Anderson moved to the St. Petersburg area in 1944, following the death of her first husband, James Howard Hardy, in the Battle of the Bulge. She worked as an administrative assistant at Bay Pines Hospital before meeting and marrying John Saxon Anderson. She enjoyed the tranquility of sitting on the porch of her home on Snell Harbor Drive, overlooking Tampa Bay. She loved to travel, having traveled to many countries of the world, including China, Russia, and much of Europe. She loved many things, but most of all, she loved her children and grandchildren and her great grandchild. She will be greatly missed by her family who love her dearly. Her daughter Linda and Linda?s family lovingly watched over and helped care for Mrs. Anderson throughout the last years of her life. Her local niece, Ginger Hanner, was also a source of comfort to her. Her son-in-law, Tom Decker, M.
