Van Hart, Clare West, 89, of St. Petersburg, died Saturday September 9, 2006. Born in Glens Falls, NY, she came here in 1925 from Miami, FL. She was a homemaker and of the Episcopalian faith. She was a Civilian Air Spotter during WWII on the 1st Federal building the tallest building in St. Petersburg. She attended Mirror Lake Middle School and was a St. Petersburg High School Graduate, Class of 1935. She was pre-deceased by her husband, Clifford Van Hart. She is survived by her son, Philip Van Hart, St. Petersburg; three nieces: Letta Ramsay and Mary-Ann Brodersen, both of St. Petersburg; and Lillian Kent, West Chester, PA.
