Henry White Sr., age 81, died at Woodside Hospice, as Pinellas Park, FL on the 11th day of September 2011. Born February 18, 1930 in Awendaw, SC, residing in St. Petersburg where he worked for Publix Supermarket retiring in1989. Henry was a member of the 20th Street Church of Christ where he served as a faithful member and usher making a notable contribution. Henry was preceded in death by his Father, George White and his Mother, Hattie Capers White of Charleston, SC. He is survived by his Six Sons: Nathaniel Tucker (Kimberly); Joe N. Tucker (Coretta); Keith Tucker (Sandra) of Orangeburg, SC; Ernest Tucker; Henry White Jr.; and Alphonso White; his Ex-Wife and Care Taker, Ms. Willie Pearl White, three Sisters: Julia Thompson, Washington, DC; Alberta Thompson (James) Washington, DC; Alfreda Pinckney, Awendaw, SC; and three Brothers: Rufus White, George White (Juanita) and Abraham White all of Awendaw, SC, 21 Grandchildren; 15 Great-Grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews. Memorial Services will be held on September 17, 2011 at 11:00AM at the 5th Avenue Church of Christ, 4200 5th Avenue South St. Petersburg, FL 33711. Repast will also be held at the 5th Avenue Church of Christ.
