Parsell, Theodore Allen ?Ted,? 81, of St. Petersburg, died Friday, March 16, 2007 at Arbor Oaks Assisted Living Facility. Born in Marseilles, OH, he moved to St. Petersburg in 1997. He was preceded in death by his wife of 51 years, Sue E. Parsell. He was a veteran of WWII in the Army Air Corps. He was a graduate of Ohio Northern University in 1953. He was a retired Attorney having practiced law for 44 years. He was a member of The American Arbitration Association and Marion County Bar Association. He enjoyed traveling and gardening. Survivors include a sister, Patricia Gaines, Cleveland, OH; two brothers: John Virgil Parsell and Richard Parsell both of Marion County, OH; seven nieces and five nephews.
