Gensel, Lois Ivy, 92, of St. Petersburg, died Saturday, April 21st, 2007 at Hospice House Woodside in Pinellas Park. She was born in Paulding, Ohio and came here in 2003 from Fort Wayne, Indiana where she was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church and taught Sunday School for 52 years. She also sang in the choir for 46 years. Locally, she was a member of the TOPS Take Off Pounds Sensibly Club. She is survived by 1 son, Nile Merritt of St. Petersburg; 1 stepdaughter, Arlene McBride of Indianapolis, Indiana; 1 sister, Doris Weaver, of Fort Wayne, Indiana; 3 Grandchildren; and 6 Great Grandchildren.
