Palmer, Sarah Arloa, 84, of St. Petersburg, died Sunday May 27th. Born in Valdosta, GA, She moved to St. Petersburg 59 years ago. She was a parishioner of Christ United Methodist Church. She was a past president of the St. Petersburg Garden Club Lakewood Circle. She loved painting, gardening, visiting the museums, she was an artist and she loved her great-grandchildren. Survivors include her husband Herbert of 61 years; her daughter Pam Jackson of St. Petersburg; her son Bob Palmer of Anchorage, AK; her six grandchildren Patricia Witt; David Jackson; Diane Palmer; Karen DuBois; Lynne Felix; Michael Palmer; and nine great grandchildren.
