Cotton, Inez W., 83, of St. Petersburg, died Saturday, September 22, 2007 at Hospice House Woodside. She was born in Lumberton, NC and moved here in 1957. She was an administrator at the William and Mary Nursing hotel and worked as a medical secretary in the area. She was a member of the Woodlawn Presbyterian Church. She loved poetry and music. She is predeceased by her husband, John F. Cotton, three brothers; James Curtis, Robert Lee of Durham, NC and Johnny Ray Willoughby of Greensboro, NC. She is survived by her three sisters; Rosalie Nardone of Durham, NC, Hazel Miner of Springhill, FL and Peggy Wolpert of Charleston, WV, two brothers; Elwood Willoughby of Sterling, NJ and Thomas Willoughby of Stem, NC, two stepsons; Bill Cotton of Alaska, Charles Cotton of New Hampshire and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Wednesday, September 26, from 1:00 till 2:00 with services at 2:00 with Branson Rogers officiating. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.
