Gary L. Atkinson

Gary L. Atkinson, 64, of Seminole, Florida, died Wednesday, July 25th, 2007 at Bay Pines VA Health Care System, Bay Pines, FL. He was born in Fulton, MO on November 12, 1942, the son of the late Gary L. and Edith (George) Atkinson. He moved to Florida about 10 years ago from DeKalb, ILL. He was a roughneck with Halliburton. He was an Army Veteran serving in Vietnam. He received the Purple Hears and two bronze stars and CIB. He was an expert marksman with pistol and rifle. He enjoyed playing the guitar.
