Richard Phillip Ballou, 66, of Largo, Florida passed away Tuesday, January 29, 2013 at Northside Hospital, St. Petersburg. Mr. Ballou moved to St. Petersburg in 1981 from his native Woonsocket, RI and was a Quality Control Inspector. He is survived by his daughter and her husband, Kimberly A. and Robin Richards of Largo, FL.; his son, Mark P. Ballou of Largo, FL; his mother, Alice Pesce of Cumberland, RI; and 3 grandchildren, Kathrynn Richards, Cheyenne Richards, and Gracie Ballou. $(document).ready(function(){ });
