Daniel J. Biggs, 81, died March 15, 2003 in Savannah, GA. He was born in Smoaks, South Carolina. He lived in St. Petersburg for 21 years prior to moving to Savannah, GA. For ten years before retirement he served as Vice President of Goodwill Industries--Suncoast, St. Petersburg. He had previously served 20 years as an officer in the Salvation Army at various cities in the Southeast. He was Founder and Past President of the Florida Suncoast Chapter of the Association of Fund Raising Professionals. He is survived by his wife, France Kramer Biggs, two sons, Richard and Robert, two daughters, Carol Biggs Johnson, Sharon Biggs O'Bryant, one step son, Oliver Biggs, Jr., one step daughter, Lucy Biggs Marshall, two brothers, William and Neil, one sister Julia Biggs Wiley, three grandchildren and four step grandchildren. $(document).ready(function(){ });
