Richard H. Black, 75, of St. Petersburg, Florida, died Monday, February 22, 2010 at home. He was born in Cleveland, Ohio and moved to St. Petersburg in 1992 from Lakewood, Ohio. He was an Air Force veteran of the Korean War. He is survived by his wife of 28 years, Paula J.; 1 daughter Debra (Joe) Conway of Lakewood, OH; 1 son, David (Ann) Black of Cleveland, OH; 2 stepsons, Michael (Allyson) Collins of Draper, UT, Dennis (Dawn) Collins of Cleveland, OH; 2 stepdaughters, Donna Collins of Parma, OH, Deborah (Joel) Alexander of Calera, AL; 1 sister, Roberta (Charles) Baumgartner of North Ridgeville, OH; and 9 grandchildren. A memorial service will be 2:00 PM Friday, February 26, 2010 at E. Dale Gunter Funeral Home 4100-16th Street North.
