Arthur J. Bourque, 67, of St. Petersburg, FL, died Wednesday, February 5, 2003 at his residence under the care of The Hospice Of The Florida Suncoast. He was born in Stafford Springs, CT and moved to St. Petersburg in 1999 from Enfield, CT where he was a graduate of Asnuntuck Community College with a degree in traffic management and was a member of the AMVETS. He was a youth Baseball, Football, Hockey, and Basketball coach and a Hockey referee in Enfield and was a member of St. Bernard's Catholic Church where he was a member of the Legion Of Mary. He was a member of St. Edward's Catholic Church in Stafford Springs where he was Third Degree in the Knights Of Columbus. He was an assistant Hockey coach at Brandon, FL High School. He was a truck driver for Union Carbide Corp. in Suffield, CT and was a member of the Teamsters Union. He was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Pinellas Park, FL and was a Navy veteran of the Korean War. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Gloria J., two sons, Kenneth J. of So. Hadley, MA, Francis X., of Orlando, FL, one daughter, Annemarie Johnson of Tolland, CT, one sister, Marie Williams of Enfield, and eight grandchildren.
