Billy P. Crawley, 69, of St. Petersburg, FL, formerly of Tampa and Brandon, FL, died Friday, December 29, 2006 at Hospice of the Florida Suncoast, South Pasadena, FL. He was born in Elba, AL, moved to Tampa in 1954, moved to Brandon in 1983, and moved to St. Petersburg in 2006. He was a carpenter at Hawkins Construction Company in Palm Harbor, FL. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Marcia P. Crawley; one daughter, Marcia K. Crawley of St. Petersburg; two brothers, Wilson Crawley of Elba, Wallace Crawley of Kinston, AL; four sisters, Allene Parker of Elba, Lois Hill of Tampa, Alvernice Morris of Enterprise, AL, Carolyn Sullivan of Cleveland, OH; and three grandchildren, Zachary, Abigail, and Emily DeGregorio.
